Use your experience to help save someone else’s life

Meningitis touches many families/whanau throughout New Zealand every year.

Every case may be different and each family may have a different experience with meningitis. The Meningitis Foundation is creating a New Zealand register of personal stories from people who have been affected by meningitis.

Your contribution may assist another person or family who may read about your experience and where you are today.

These combined experiences are powerful testimony to support disease awareness and prevention at a national level.

By completing the form below you provide The Meningitis Foundation with permission to contact you and to use your story on our website.
